Khordadgan Festival (Khordad 6), Khordad 6. This festival is an ancient Iranian observance held on the sixth day of the month of Khordad. The name derives from Khordad, one of the Amesha Spentas in Zoroastrian tradition, representing health and perfection. On this day, ancient Iranians honored water, purity, and celebrated nature. Today, Khordadgan Festival is mainly symbolic and is observed in some regions of Iran and among Zoroastrian communities.
