Iranian diaspora rally supporting Iran protests (Feb 14, 2026)

On February 14, 2026 (26 Bahman 1404), Iranian diaspora communities organized large demonstrations across many cities worldwide in support of protests inside Iran and in opposition to the violent repression carried out by the Islamic Republic.

The rallies followed a call by Prince Reza Pahlavi, who declared the date a “Global Day of Action for Iran” and urged Iranians around the world to take to the streets and amplify the voices of protesters inside the country.

Three cities emerged as the primary centers of the demonstrations: In Toronto, one of the largest rallies took place.

According to Toronto Police, more than 350,000 people participated in the march in North York.

In Los Angeles, home to the largest Iranian diaspora community, more than 350,000 people joined the rally in support of protesters in Iran.

In Munich, a massive rally was held alongside the Munich Security Conference.

According to German police, more than 250,000 people participated in the demonstration.

Additional demonstrations took place in cities such as London (50,000 participants), Vancouver (45,000 participants) and many others including Washington D.C., New York, Berlin, Stockholm, Amsterdam, Vienna, Rome, Zurich, Sydney, and Melbourne.

Overall, reports indicate that more than one million people worldwide took part in the demonstrations supporting the Iranian protest movement.

Participants carried Iranian flags and banners expressing solidarity with protesters in Iran, calling for an end to repression and for international support for the Iranian people's struggle for freedom.
